Families begin the admissions process by submitting a Request More Information form online. Next, families will schedule a tour with our Admissions Office. Following the tour, families who feel our school may be a good fit are invited to submit an application along with the student’s prior school records. Students entering sixth grade or above must also provide pastoral and teacher recommendations. After the application is reviewed, the family will schedule an interview with one of our principals. The student will then complete a placement assessment before the enrollment agreement is finalized.

Families are not required to attend a particular church to enroll at VCA. We welcome students of any race, color, or national or ethnic origin and do not discriminate in our admissions process. However, students in grades 6–12 are expected to regularly attend a Bible-believing church.

Because biblical instruction, prayer, and chapel are central parts of daily life at VCA, we encourage prospective families to speak with our Admissions Office to learn more about our faith-based approach and what they can expect as members of the VCA community.
